File Viewer App Reviews
Useless
Tried to use this to open an eml file. Didn’t work.
On 10.6.8 won
The title says it all.
Didnt work
Would not open up a *.TIFF file which is the only reason I downloaded it. APP bombed out on me!
Well done
Does the job, and quite nicely. Well done.
does the job
congrats
well, a good app but a big default : we have to lauch it first or drag a file on its icon ... 5 starts when it will be able to replace quicklook ... i mean, when well see it instead of quicklook in pressing space bar in Finder App
I download this app because it is supposed to read JP2 files. The truth is that File Viewer is actually NOT able to read such files. Exif tags are correctly read (great any exif-based tool is able to do so). But displaying a JP2 is out of the capability of this app. To bad, I’m gonna remove it right now.
Excellent app
Very useful for me. Thank you very much for this.
Cool App… so glad I found it. Is making my life easier. So much info on all the random file types that I have… plus it plays shockwave flash movies, which I really like. SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS APP!!! Please add even more types that it views… like - .MSV
PWI???
PWI??? It can read properly :-(
Simple Metadata/EXIF viewer
This is the best way I’ve found to display all the metadata in a file, especially photos.
OK Viewer
The viewer is OK - it would be nice if I can print also ! Why no printing option ?
great app - does everything it says it will do
thanks for making it available - it’s a real productivity boost!
This was exactly what I was looking for. A simple viewer of RAW data information that was in my clipboard. In my case I needed to view RTF format. Thank you very very much for such a wonderful free app. I wouldn’t even mind paying for something like this. Thank you! Kirk
Very Useful...
Handy, for extracting info and data from unkown files.
Wast of time and internet
Simply didnt work and just tell you it is a dll file which something i can see.
Incorrectly views exr files
Incorrectly views exr files, although said so in description.
The first few file types I tested flunked, they were Microsoft Project (.mpp, .mpx), Bee Documents Timeline (.bdt2) did not work…. these are pretty common files types!
Very Helpful
This is a great app to see the codec and real dimensions of video files. Im sure it has other uses but that one alone is great.
Perfect
Well done. Simple, elegant and efficient.
