Fairly worthless for .asp
The FileViewer.app ver. 1.4 is fairly worthless for Microsoft .asp (active server page) file documents. These .asp files get downloaded from various state and local government websites which expect you to be using a Windows machine. When used to view an .asp file on an iMac 27” running Yosemite 10.10.3 OSX, the FileViewer.app will only show the first page of the document - there is no way to advance or go to the next page in the document. There is also no way to copy what you view on that first page, other than using [Command][Shift][4] to grab a .png of the FIRST PAGE ONLY. Neither Firefox 38.0.5 nor Safari 8.0.6 browsers can open or view an .asp file in my iMac. Looks like I’ll have to pull out my old Windows XP Pro laptop to read .asp files. Due to its limitations, FileViewer.app should be renamed FirstPageViewOnly.app ‘cause that’s all it does.
